Fabian van Cleve advises and defends his clients in all areas of white-collar crime. One focus of his work is the consultation and defends in medical criminal law.
Fabian van Cleve studied law at the Ruhr-University Bochum. Afterwards he worked as a research assistant for a major international law firm in Düsseldorf in the field of corporate law. During his legal clerkship, Fabian van Cleve also worked for a major international law firm in Düsseldorf and London in corporate law. He completed a further stage of his legal clerkship at the German embassy in Washington D.C and at the public prosecutor's office in Bochum.
Before joining PARK | Wirtschaftsstrafrecht, Fabian van Cleve worked as a lawyer at a medium-sized commercial law firm in Essen. There he was primarily involved in advising and representing clients in commercial and corporate law disputes.
Fabian van Cleve joined PARK | Wirtschaftsstrafrecht in March 2020.
In 2023, Mr. van Cleve completed the "Healthcare Compliance Officer" certification course at Steinbeis University for Governance, Risk & Compliance.
