Manuela Kihm

Lawyer Manuela Kihm advises and defends both companies and individuals in all areas of commercial and tax criminal law.

Manuela Kihm studied law at the University of Bielefeld with a focus on “criminal defence and criminal procedure law”, so that she specialized in criminal law, in particular commercial criminal law, at an early stage.

Manuela Kihm completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. During her legal clerkship, she was able to gain an insight into the approach of the criminal prosecution authorities in the station at the public prosecutor's office. She also completed her elective traineeship in a large criminal chamber (commercial criminal chamber) of the Regional Court of Cologne.

After completing her legal clerkship, Manuela Kihm worked as a lawyer and criminal defense lawyer in a medium-sized law firm.

Manuela Kihm joined our team as a criminal defense lawyer in June 2024.
