Visiting lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Police and Public Administration North Rhine-Westphalia
Amelie Winkler advises and defends individuals as well as companies in all areas of white-collar crime.
She studied law at the universities of Osnabrück and Bielefed, specializing in criminal law at an early stage by choosing criminology at the University of Bielefeld as her focus.
After graduating she took up her legal clerkship at the district court in Hamm and was able to gain insights into the approach of the law enforcement authority during her training in station with the prosecutor‘s office. During her legal clerkship she worked at PARK | Wirtschaftsstrafrecht and gained valuable experience in various areas of white collar criminal law.
Amelie Winkler also served as a lecture for state security offenses and offenses in public office at the University of Police and Administration (HSPV) of Münster.
Amelie Winkler joined PARK I Wirtschaftsstrafrecht in August 2023.
